We value our customers privacy and personal information. Customers personal data will be used to support the user experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes described herein.

Currently we track the usage of visitors and customers on our site, but do not practice the inclusion of third party companies in order to protect the privacy of our CurbsideGo customers.

We do not sell or disseminate customer information for any reason. If customer information is to be disseminated for valid business or legal reasons, it is not done without first notifying our customers. What personal data we collect and why we collect it



When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.



If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We take data breaches very seriously and make every effort to make sure they do not occur. At CurbsideGo only those employees or offices that need direct acces to your data have access to it. Additionally our server environment is locked down on multiple levels. We have multiple firewalls in place, secure password requirements, and anti-bot technology in place.


What third parties we receive data from

We may receive data from third party companies or organizations such as local directories, data aggregators, chambers of commerce, etc. Our goal is to make CurbsideGo accessible to all vendors for free and/or paid services to help drive business. We do not ensure the veracity of this data as that would be impossible, however we do ask all vendors to verify their listing data and curbside pickup status. Vendors are rewarded for verifying which helps ensure the quality of or platform and it’s data.

We are currently not performing any automated decision making and/or profiling with our user data on CurbsideGo.
